My passion for exploring diverse materials led me to incorporate gold, silver, and bronze leaf into eyewear frames using gilding—an ancient art form used across cultures, from Egyptian metals to Renaissance painting frames.
Gilded frames historically elevated artwork, and these pieces do the same. Each pair is individually hand-carved with intricate metallic patterns over rich colors. The result is more than just sophisticated eyewear; it is a wearable piece of art.
