Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly exchange the frame or reimburse the frame's cost. The time frame for the above exchange/refund is 14 days from the delivery date by the courier.
All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, excluding delivery costs of $10-$30 USD. Return shipping charges and insurance are the responsibility of the customer.
Important Conditions:

Custom and Inscription Orders: Custom eyeglasses and eyeglasses with personalized inscriptions are NON-refundable and NON-exchangeable.

Used Merchandise: Eyeglasses inserted (even once) with any lenses except those supplied by us (Demo lenses) shall be considered USED – hence not refundable or exchangeable.

Condition of Return: All returns must include the original packaging and demo lenses and must be in the exact same condition as when they were received. Please note that used merchandise will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
Refunds in Israel are issued according to the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

After being eligible for a return, please ship the item within seven (7) days to the local address we will provide you (We will provide the nearest return center address based on your location to minimize shipping costs).
