Refund policy

 

We want you to be completely happy with your order.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly exchange the frame or reimburse the frame's cost. The time frame for the above exchange/refund is 14 days from delivery date by the courrier.

All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, excluding delivery costs of 10-45 US$.

Return Shipping charges and insurance are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom glasses and glasses with inscription are NON refundable or exchangeable.

Glasses inserted (even once) with any lensses except those supplied by us (Demo lenss) shall be considerd Used- hence not refundable or exchangeable.

Refunds in Israel are according to the consumer protection law- hatashma 1981

All returns must include the original packaging and demo lenss and must be in the same condition as when it was received. Please note that used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

Refund Steps:

1) In case you want to return an item purchased on our website, please let us know in writing to info@ronitfurst.com

2) Please indicate the reason for the return and attach images if applicable.

3) After being eligible for return, please ship within seven (7) days to the address we will provide you.
